This unique 2 night experience will include morning and evening yoga sessions, exquisite meals and luxury accommodation on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River, where you may observe nature at its best with platypus, birds and an abundance of wildlife.
ACCOMMODATION
The open plan living areas with large windows, offering breathtaking views, are tastefully detailed with Tallowwood polished floors and classic furnishings with original artworks. The bedrooms ensure restful nights with the finest linen and the marble bathroom, with heated floors provides luxurious surroundings for a relaxing bath. Large laundry and storeroom all provided and quality towels. Second Flat Retreat is located in the Yaouk Valley only 1 1/2 hours from Canberra or Jindabyne.

Second Flat’s Kari Blyth prides herself on the philosophy that food should be as delicious and visually attractive as it is healthy. Dine in style with an emphasis on a balanced diet, while enjoying a mix of exquisite creative flavours. The day begins with a sumptuous breakfast, followed by a light lunch, while the evening unfolds with a two-course fine dining experience. Gourmet meals, snacks, juices and teas are all inclusive. A true culinary experience, serving a variety of Fresh Local and Organic Produce. With a healthy approach to wellness, Kari personally chooses the freshest Organic produce available from her own farm and the surrounding area.
Yoga
Morning yoga sessions that will energise and rejuvenate. Followed by restorative afternoon yoga sessions and meditation, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The stunning rural surrounds combined with yoga will help you develop a deeper level of self awareness and create positive transformation physically, mentally and emotionally. All yoga equipment provided.
